Transit option available for Custom Plywood and Form seats and backs. In the online quote generator the option is listed under the Hardware Types as "Transit/Transport Hardware Upgrade"

Metalcraft has developed hardware kits to allow both our Modular and Plywood & Foam seating to mount directly to the Ki Mobility Catalyst wheelchair frames. All you have to do is inform us know when you call or generate an quote and we will provide you with the correct hardware package.

The registered users for the Metalcraft Quote Generator have grown and Grown and GROWN in such a short time! Since the introduction of our online Quote Generator at MEDTRADE 2007, RTS's and Purchasing Agents have been rapidly changing over to this method of generating paperwork because it's so fast! The online Quote Generator was designed to streamline the generating and converting of a quote to a few button clicks while maintaining the privacy and accuracy of each quote. The price list has additional columns added for current customers that are logged into the system. This price list feature can be found under the Products Tab and then select the Price List button in far right column. Login on the Order Quotes Tab and check it out how fast you can get your pricing information.
Also, added a Price List button choice to the Quote Tabs menus for fast access.

We understand that there are sometimes things that change between the time you enter the quote and the time you convert the quote to an order. This new space is available for you to communicate those changes to us. You can find this space in the Dealer Quote form, it is NOT available anywhere else. Please be very specific when informing us of changes. This information can be entered or changed right up to the time you convert the quote to an order.
SAMPLE...
"Please change the back height from 16" to 18" and the distance between the hip pads from 13" to 14". Also can you please add the Swingaway Bracket Upgrade #9901-U to the headrest kit on this order. Thank you."

The button list on the left side of the quote generator now has a new button available. Under the Part Numbers button you will find a new choice called "Search List". This new button will take you to a complete Product List that is sorted by part number. If you need to order a part by part number and you have forgotten the number, this list should help you quickly find what you need. Scroll down the list to the product you want, click on the part number and the system will ask you the information needed for that product.

We have added a feature that will allow you to review your account information. This feature also gives you the option to change your password and add/change your email address. To access this feature, click the Order Quotes tab, log in, and then click the Account Information link.

Purchasing Agents can now convert quotes generated by multiple RTS's to orders.
The RTS enters the quote from their computer; the RTS or the authorized Purchasing Agent can quickly locate the quote online, enter the purchase order number and convert the quote to an order and email to Metalcraft with a couple of clicks.

Users can now convert a quote to an order and email to Metalcraft by clicking the link under the top set of buttons in the Dealer Quote form. The program will ask you to enter/confirm your Purchase Order number, Tag For, Shipping Choices, and then enter an email address (if you want email confirmation reply) then simply press the Send button.
